Service Contract

    ​This contract represents the complete terms and conditions between Aida Rzaeda and Marta Bellydance.
    1. Marta Bellydance will provide: 
    A) 1 performer at the specified location below:    
        
    Address:     Saffron Fine Persian Cuisine, 533 Walter Rd E, Morley WA 6062


    Time and date: 20.12.19 at 8/8:30PM
     
    B) The performance shall include 1 Bellydancer for 20 minutes of entertainment.
    C) The performer will encourage audience participation through dancing and tipping.
    Guests of honor may be invited onto the stage area to dance. 
    D) The performer/s shall provide a sound system, music and props of choice. 
    2. The client shall provide: 

    A) $200 service fee. Choice of payment in full via bank details on the invoice or in two
    parts.

    B) 50% non-refundable deposit is required to ensure your booking is secure. Bank details can be found on your invoice. 

    C) The balance payment is due immediately following the performance if 
    paying in two parts. (Cash payment is preferred). If the performance is cancelled 
    within 7 days prior to the event, payment in full is still required.

    D) A safe and adequate space for the performance shall be provided. This includes a 
    floor or stage space that is free of broken glass, spilled liquids or other hazardous objects. This also includes an environment that is free of harassment of a sexual nature or otherwise. If the performer/s deems the environment unsafe for the above reasons, they may leave without rendering services. In that case, the client will still be responsible for paying the full amount.  

    E) Performer/s usually have more than one engagement per evening, the show must
    start at the agreed upon time. If the performer/s is required to start more than fifteen
    minutes late, an extra charge of fifty dollars will apply or result in a short show. 

    F) Pay in a timely manner once services have been rendered. If the performer/s is  
    required to wait more than fifteen minutes after services have been rendered, an extra 
    charge of fifty dollars will apply. 
     
    G) A private and safe space will be provided for the performer/s to change clothes and
    to store their bags while performing.
