What is Bellydance and why do it?
Bellydance (Raqs Shaqi in Arabic) is an ancient dance from the Middle East. Amazing isolation of the torso are key movements in this dance form. Although it can take years to master, women are naturals and can pick up the basics in 6 weeks. Bellydance offers women many benefits: ⭐toned core + fun fitness ⭐instant supportive female group ⭐low impact, great for joints ⭐pre and post pregnancy strengthening ⭐increase feminine energy ⭐boost self worth + confidence
Beginner level workshops which run once a month. Attend casually.

Group Class Information
Group classes usually run in blocks of 6 weeks within the school terms. Dates are subject to change.
