Payments & Bookings Advance class bookings should be completed online using the sign-up form in the ‘Classes’ tab on the website then purchase of either a deposit or full term payment to guarantee your spot within the class. All found on our website www.martabellydance.com.au. A complete advance booking must be made before term commencement, including payment (all prices are listed in Australian Dollars and do not include GST) and sign up form to guarantee your spot within the term. To register as a Marta Bellydance student you must be at least 18 years of age. Students under the age of 18 are required to provide written consent from a parent and/or legal guardian. Registration details provided must be correct and complete. Full term fees must be paid by the first class. If student has not paid by the term commencement date or payment plan date, Marta Bellydance reserves the right to omit student’s attendance within the term without refund. All term fees, workshops and private classes are non-refundable. Changes (switching into other term class/workshop) are only possible if requested 3 weeks prior to the commencement of the course or workshop. In the event that a term/workshop/private class is cancelled or the class location is changed, registered students are eligible for a refund or may select an alternative and equally priced course, workshop or private class option. Attending Class All students are required to complete a waiver/consent form in order to register as a Marta Bellydance student. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time of your first class to allow time for completion. Students who are unable to attend a class for which they have paid for will not be issued a refund for that class. Prior to the start of every class, students are required to inform the instructor of any issues or relevant physical injuries. Risk & Responsibility Marta Bellydance does not accept responsibility for students who do not follow the class instructions as provided by the teacher. Any medical or physical conditions, recent or persistent injuries, or relevant disclosures must be made by students to the teacher prior to the beginning of class. Prior to, during, or after class, it is the responsibility of students to inform the teacher if they are experiencing any pain or discomfort. The use of Marta Bellydance facilities denotes the acceptance of the risk associated with all forms of physical exercise, both during and after. Last updated 08/06/2017 Marta Bellydance, including any staff, owners, contactors, managers, and directors, will not be held liable for: a) any injury or harm resulting in participation or use of facilities, and b) any damage to or loss of personal property. Left and Lost Property Marta Bellydance does not accept any responsibility for personal property left at the facilities. Left items will be kept for three weeks, at which point they will be donated to a charitable organization. Marta Bellydance reserves the right to change the terms & conditions as well as prices at any time. Significant changes will be indicated by notice on this website.
