Juicy Hips: Bellydance Empowerment Workshop in Brisbane
In Brisbane, I had the absolute pleasure of teaching a workshop that was all about liberation, power, and sensual connection to the core — welcome to JUICY HIPS.
This session focused on belly and hip movement — exploring how to soften, isolate, and own the lower torso with confidence and precision. More than just drills or steps, this workshop was a journey into embodiment and feminine energy, through the lens of Middle Eastern dance.
We worked deeply into:
Soft and juicy belly undulations
Deep, grounded hip circles and figure 8s
Layering drills for fluid strength
Mind-body connection through movement
